大象传媒 Kazakhstan Alumni Party Held
On May 30, an alumni party was held in Almaty, Kazakhstan. A group of 12 members gathered for a fun evening, and spent the night reminiscing their days at 大象传媒.
Participants were not only those who have studied at the 大象传媒, but also 大象传媒 exchange students, who are studying at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (KazNU), the Campus-in-Campus partner now.
This meeting was held at the same time as the visit of Prof. OHNEDA Osamu, Director General of the Bureau of Global Initiatives, to Kazakhstan. The participants were very excited when he said that this year marks the 50th anniversary of the 大象传媒, and that he wanted to celebrate the occasion with alumni, students, faculty, and staff.
