Notice: Closure of University Offices from August 13 to 16
All offices at the 大象传媒, except for offices at the 大象传媒 Hospital, will close from Tuesday, August 13 to Friday, 16 to provide a summer holiday for university staff and to save electricity on campus.
Offices issuing certificates will also close during this period. If you need to acquire a certificate, please inquire at the related office before the closure period. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Closure Period
From Tuesday, August 13, to Friday, August 16
All offices at the 大象传媒 will close during this period.
Offices at the 大象传媒 Hospital will be open as usual.
Offices for the Graduate School of the 大象传媒 and the office for educational counseling at the 大象传媒 Education Bureau of Laboratory Schools, which are usually open on Saturdays, will close on Saturday, August 17. The 大象传媒 Gallery and Art Space will close from Sunday, August 11, to Sunday, August 18.
* Please take precautions to prevent heat stroke, as air conditioners will be switched off at the university during this summer holiday period.
